Refund of my money

I had ordered for the India Today Book Club free gift and holiday package through my SBI Credit Card. The amt of Rs.2599/- was debited from my account on 19 Sept. 08 and due to personal reasons, I had requested for refund of my money vide my mail dated 30 Oct 08. I received a response from India Today Book Club vide their mail dated 31 Oct 08 to furnish the copy of SBI Card Statement (enclosed) which I did and upon my various follow up with them on 3 Nov, 11 Dec, 10th Feb & 16 Feb and their response to refund me the amount, but till date I am yet to get the refund.

I seek yr intervention in getting back the amount and they are trying to cheat the customer
