Not able to convert the Gift Vouchers

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a registered member of IndiaToday book club & my Membership no. is ITBC08531704. I am eligible for two gifts according to my orders & want to avail of the Holiday Package which was selected by me as an option with my first order.

The problem I am facing is that inspite of entering the right Membership no. & Web I.D., I am not able to log-in. I request you to humbly help me in availing my Holiday package at the earliest & help me in getting the reward that is due to me at the earliest.
