I have purchased one shoe and one watch against the above Order ID and payments were made to ITBC on 25th February'09 through my credit card. But I'm yet to receive either of the article till date. I've sent numerous mails to them to which they have given various kind of replies and the issue has not been resolved. Their customer care number is hardly effective except for recoded responses. I'm utterly frustrated and feeling cheated Please help.
