Non delivery of shoes

I sanjay tyagi had booked shoes under the offer scheme of reebok shoes where you pay Rs 748 . In the month of January the payment was deducted from my american express credit card on 23 jan. Till date even after repeated query from the customer care department of India today their has been no firm answer. My Membership number is ITBC07290365, according to them the despatch was done on 15 April by first flight courier the consignment number is ZD5573826, on their site also this consignment is not tracebale.

Kindly help me in filing a case against the fraud by India Today in the forum, as a lotof people are being duped by them by these offers.
