Wrong product received

I had ordered for books. I have received reebok wallet, keychain & belt.

I tried to book online. Transaction failed. So they have called me.

I ordered for books. The amount was paid through credit card over phone (telesales).

They sent order confirmation. However, they never mentioned what the Order was for.

they have not given me the details of my order. No email.

I was shocked to receive something which I HAVE NOT ORDERED for.

The phone no. on the order is not mine.

Inspite of many phone calls, emails, the issue is not resolved.

I have received an sms on my mobile phone saying "Janardhan Reddy your order has been processed. Your order no is 0GA0090038362 with total order value of Rs.499". There has been some mistake on

part of India Today book club.
