Lodged complaint not resolved yet

I lodged online complaint on 7th may. India Today immediately responded with additional querries. I answered them all. Then they wrote what I am reproducing below.

Dear Member,

We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you.

With reference to your mail, we request you to send back the Cd’s only to the given below address along with the photocopy of an invoice and a letter in which you have to mention that you want the replacement against the same (also mention the reason).

As soon as the packet will be taken in stock the same will be replaced to you within 14 working days.

This is also to inform you that if you would like to have a refund against the additional charges (courier charges) paid by you then please send us an original courier/postal receipt along with the packet.

We will be happy to render any further assistance or clarification that you may require

Your valuable association with the India Today Book Club means a lot to us.

This is simply ridiculous. Can you please intervene and refund my money for shoes or help me get what company has promised to supply. It can not happen in the Land of Harishchandra that India Today is cheating 2219 people as on date.
