Non-delivery of ordered product

I had ordered for a Swatch Watch along with a Benetton Watch vide order no. M-COMMERCE/ 0GA090005709 [Order ID: MITBC-WEB-02022153] and made payment of Rs. 2150.00 through Credit Card. But, unfortunately, the product is yet to be received even after lapsation of three months. Having talked to the Customer Support of ITBC, I was informed that the order had already been despatched on 14-Feb-09 through First Flight Couriers vide Consignment No. ZD0569398. But, having checked with First Flight Couriers' officials (both at their Kolkata & Delhi office), I have been told that no such booking was done with the above-mentioned consignment.By the time, communications were made in a lot many occassions with the ITBC officials both through mail as well as over telephone on the matter. But, every time I have been given lame excuses. It seems that the officials do not have any intension to deliver the product which certainly reveals their forge mentality. Requesting your kind intervention in this regard and facilitate me get get my legitimate right.
