Consignment not received

India Today Book club had sent me mail regarding an offer comprising of a pair of Reebok Shoes and a Benetton Watch. I had placed the order through internet but the order failed. On the very next day, their executive caled me and took the order over telephone. This was towards the end of February. Till today I have not received the parcel, although the delivery date was 17th-24th april. The money was charged instantly, without giving me the parcel. I have made calls to india today book club a number of times and sent them uncoutable number of mails regarding this but there is no response. Every week their customer executive says that I will be receiving it within 4-5 days. But 3 months have passed since i Had placed the order and I did not receive the consignment whereas the time asked by them was only 3 weeks.
