CD NOT RECEIVED

CDs not received

I have ordered CDs from India Today Book Club. My membershi no. is ITBC08488181. My order no. is 0GA080023313. As per terms and conditions, the CDs will be despatched within 7 to 15 days. But till date (after 1 year) I have received nothing. I have sent two reminders through email at response@indiatodaybookclub.com, even no reply.

My credit card account has been debited in the name of Living Media India Limited.

Please help me in this regard for getting my order or refund of my amount.
