Cheated by India Today Book Club

This is my second complain against the India Today Book Club in this forum and till now my complain has not been resolved. i have been cheated by the Book Club. The India Today Book Club is playing with me since last 7 months as i was to get a reebok shoe from them. Each time i mail them they reply by saying " Your complain has been forwarded to the concern department and they will sent your shoe as soon as possible". I am getting this reply for last 5 months but till now i haven't got my shoe. Each and every time the India Today Book Club is playing with me. I am totally fed up with this book club. I can provide all the emails from the India Today Book Club as a proof, how they are harassing me for last 7 months. Please take a genuine action against the India Today Book Club as this is my second complain on the particular matter and i just can't tolerate the harassment of India Today Book Club.
