TOO DELAY IN REFUND

I paid Rs. 2249.00 online using my Credit Card in the month of october with the promise that the company will send my order within 15 days but after more than two months company send my order. But this time i have no use of my order. and I have applied for the refund in the month of January. But till date I have not recd. any refund or any comments form the Company.

I think these cheaters need to be taught a lesson.

Could someone from legal profession guide about the possible course of action that people like us could take against this ongoing fraud by Living Media Group? Is it a simple consumer forum case or cyber crime is also involved in it, kindly let us know
