Movie Offer Service not offered

Hi,

I bought a Movie Offer for Rs. 588 from India Today Book Club and the Voucher says that I can avail of the service to book the ticket on Saturdays from 10 AM to 1 PM. But when I call up no one is ready to help me. Instead they just disconnect the phone line if we try to explain them that it is provided in the Voucher about Saturday being open for booking tickets.

The call was addressed by an agent by the name of Anita and when I asked her for her manager, she was not able to transfer it to him/her citing different reasons for the same.

Hopefully, this complaint goes to India Today Book Club and the issue is resolved.
