Non sending of the promised FREE GIFT

I have received 20 CD Pack viz " SACRED MOMENTS" vide Invoice No. ORA080252102 dated 22/12 against my Order No. OGA080245263dated 21/12 and I paid Rs2599/- plus VPP charges. The offered free gift, i.e a pair of REBOKE SHOES, is not sent by the Company till today in spite of my repeated requests/ reminders at its Phone No. 011-40502424. Representatives of the Company, answering my Phone Calls, have been giving false assurances and making false promises in this regard; my last call on 12-02 was attended by on Ms PRIYA who informed that my complaint was registered at Complaint no. 55143 and the free gift will be sent within a months time.

The Free Gift is still awaited. My Membership No. is - ITBC08791552.

Thereafter, my e-mail was last replied by the company as under:-

We assure you to provide always best services."

I am, however, still awaiting for the promised gift.
