ORDER UNDELIVERED

I had ordered Encyclopedia CDs on the basis of an advt that appeared in the newspaper, the order was made in Dec'08, payment of Rs.999 was debited the next day from my credit card, I got an sms on 7th Jan that i had missed the delivery, on calling up i found they had enetered the wrong address, i have been following up since then for the delivery, what i have been getting is just complaint nos. (27457, 84121) & the assurance that the delivery will be made within 14 days, my membership no is ITBC08780430, the order has still not been delivered till today (11.05.09), this is highly unexpected from a big group like INDIA TODAY, Even the mails from your executives have proved to be fake assurances as no action has been taken pls ensure the order is delivered asap or my money refunded
