Non delivery of Movie tickets booklet

Dear Sir/Madam,

I had booked Movie Tickets booklet from India Today Book Club (Living Media India) on 24th April for Rs. 588 and my credit card was swiped for the same and i was told i will receive the booklet within 10 days of booking but still today (14/05/09) i have not yet received the booklet.
