I offered for purchase of swatch watch which had a free Beneton Watch attached to it (Order No OGA080258903), in the month of Dec-08. The same was sent vide Invoice ORA080263329 dated29.12.08. However, the Beneton Watch did not come. On making repeated enquiries the same was sent vide Invoice No GFA090003543 dated 12.01.09. However the piece was defective and as per email transacted and calls to their Customer Support the same was sent back to them for replacement and they received it on 16th Feb-09 vide Waybill No : 39901187292 of Blue Dart. However, despite repeated emails to response@indiatidaybookclub.com and call to their customer support number at 011-40502424, and lodging of two complaint bearing number 10080 and 90481, the replacement is not received till date for the defective Beneton Watch. Every time on call they say the material was out of stock, just now received and will be reaching you in next ten days - those ten days are yet to get over for me in the last 4.5 months. And they hardly respond to the emails.
I want to lodge a Consumer Case against them. Please take this complaint accordingly.
