Non arrival of Holiday Package

I had booked a holiday package of Rs.5943 from India Today book club by paying the amount via my credit card and was assured that the package will be delivered along with the booking ID and Voucher number on the 7th day of payment. But after 7 days when I enquired about the package, the response I receive is that the package is yet to be dispatched and a new procedure was told to me for attaining the Voucher number (which is required to book my hotel tickets). The process was so long and required so much of time that there process is highly ridiculous.

This book club is actually taking undue advantage of its association with Times Group and I would like to say that this is a complete bunch of liars and highly non-reliable people. NEVER TRUST ON THEM. They make commitments which are always in air and they never ever give proper response to customer after they receive the money.
