Unableb to brows page to register for free holiday vouchers

After making order for 20CD pack, I was assured to send gift holiday vouchers but when I tried on web page 'http://offer. India today book club.com/gift.htm', that failed in opening of the said page. I phoned to customer care officer, who gave me another web address "www.bokstoday.in/promos.htm" and that also failed to open. I have seen on complains of many people of similar kind. Instead of opening the page where I can register enrolling code no. given to me, page of compalints is opening. Is this deleberate and making people fool? If I do not get any satisfactory reply within 7 days, I shall have to move to Consumer dispute reddressal commission as you are the service provider and broke the assurance given to the valued customer.
