Non Compliance of the order placed

In Accordance with a scheme launched by the India Book Club, Telephone 011-40502424, Two watches were to be supplied under the Winning Entry (Winning Entry ID- gc.gupta@gmail.com), Privilege Voucher No. A10000 and at a pre-paid price Rs. 3139/ by a Credit Card (SBI Card). This happened in March somewhere. Despite my repeated emails written and calls made, I am told to supply the data. The data supplied in in their computer mremory. Can ant thing be done about them? This Company does not check it own account and continue to harrase the costumer by asking him to supply all kind of infimation. The dilly dallying tactices followed do not speak well of their intentions.
