Cheap Substandard Product against the Branded Product Paid fo

I had paid Rs.589 for a pair of United Colors of Benetton sunglass under special offer from India Today Book Club and what I received is a cheap replica normally available off the street at less than quarter of the price. Multiple emails did not evince any positive response from their end.
