Damaged item Recieved after 6 months of waiting and No Replacement even after sending back the piece

I had ordered a Swatch UCB watch combo from ITBC, order no 0GA0900040545, in January and recieved the order in May end after a million phone calls only to recieve it in a damaged condition... I wonder if the watch was even new... it had lots of scratches and did not even work... I called their customer service dept who asked me to send it back... I has been a month and yet no reply from their side... I keep making calls and they give me the same answer "it has no yet been updated in our sytem... when the courier companys website shows it delivered way back... Is this the way our hard earned money gets treated by a reputed company such as India today... Its such a shame...
