I had taken a special offer of India Today Book Club for a Benatton Order ID is: watch their vide Order ID MITBC-WEB-22364969.ITBCC091742 was paid for in May 09 by my credit card on the net. The delivery has not been done and innumerable e-mails that I have written to them only elicit a very prompt response of: We have forwarded the matter to the concrned depsrtment and we are looking into it. " No respense is made to my query on the stauts of delivery. It is shocking that a company of this stature works in this shoddy manner.
