India Today Book Club
Received un-ordered VPP

Hi,

I had ordered for books through India Today Book Club (Living Media India Limited) earlier and I keep receving their journals/periodicals after that. Today, I received a VPP from the aforesaid company and was asked to pay Rs 525 as charges which for the consignment which was booked on To-Pay basis. I wanted to open the consignment and see what was there inside but the courier person didn't allow me to do so beore paying the amount. After paying the courier person, I opened the consignmnet to find UNORDERED Encylopedia's and Britannica CDROM's. Please suggest how can I file a complaint on this?
