Amount paid goods not received

I had placd order no. GA090008206 for purchases and paid Rs 417/- vide credit card. While confirming the order, vide their e-mail dated 20/02, I was informed that I would receive an email and an sms with my despatch details soon. However, that never happened. Instead, I was sent an e-mail, wherein I was informed that I missed the delivery of my order. As advised, I contacted their call center on 18th March. I was informed that they would resend the package. The complaint no. given to me was 26835. Subsequently, a series of emails were exchanged. I was asked to provide copy of my credit card statement as proof of payment, subsequent to which they would refund the money. However, despite providing them the necessary proof, they are yet to deliver the goods or refund the amount.
