No answer on Phone numbers- no delivery of vouchers

I have paid 2995 for a package of 10 books and an a FREE holiday package. The books came to me WET. I spoke to a Ankush who promised me someone will get in touch with me as he has forwarded my complaint. I am still waiting. It's been 10 days. I can do without the books Its the voucher I am more worried about as I have opted for the 6000 one as well

I would be able to utilize it if someone picked up the phone on the 01140502424 number. I am on HOLD for the past 5 days!!! Why is it that people don't deliver on their promises?? This is not good.

I need a call ASAP!!!
