FREE 7 DAYS ACCOMODATION is a SCAM

Dear Sir,

I paid Rs.5943 to India Today Book club towards their 7 Days FREE ACCOMODATION IN A HOLIDAY RESORT. I received their Holiday voucher which was sent to the Third Party Big city Promotions for obtaining the Promo code for Booking accomodation. I received the Promo code but it was not working. I received the second promo code from Big city. I logged into the Website recommended by Big City Promotions for making advance booking for February 27th. Unfortunately I was not allowed by the recommended Website to make advance booking beyond 45 days from the date of departure. What is the purpose of the Holiday Voucher if I cannot book accomodation in advance?? I have written several emails to India Today Book club and the Big City Promotions but I have received no reply. I think it is a scam. I feel I have been cheated.
