Not refunding the money even after returning the order to India today book clu

Hi,

In the month of September I have purchased encyclopedia set of CD`s from India book club (order no. 0GA080097709) through internet as there was a free reebok bag gift along with that purchase. I got the CD`s in the month of september but they have not send the free bag along with that so after having numerous discussion & follow up with their customer support they told me that they are out of stock and within weeks time your bag will be dispatched. I almost waited for 6 month and again they have not send the bag to me so after that I asked them to refund my money in the month of May and I have send the set of CD`s back to them and they confirmed me that they will process the refund with 15 days time but today is 17th July and I am still waiting for the refund and they keep on giving me excuses.

i am still waiting for my refund.
