Not recieving my free reebok shoe for the past 8 months

My name is Sachin Hembram & I had ordered a DVD set of Agatha Cristhie for Rs 2598.00 on 25-11 with which there were 2 complimentary free gifts

1- A round trip ticket

&

2- A free Reebok sports shoe

The order was delivered but when it came to free gifts it took 2 months for the form of the round trip ticket to be given & the Reebok sports shoe still has not been delivered for 8 months & a few days before they gave a wrong conssignment no. that they say has been processed through Blue Dart courier service on 24th June. So please contact them & give my Reebok Shoe.
