Free gifts not delivered

I brought music today CD pack, which being promoted by India Today Book Club.

The purchase was made in March and I am still following up.

I am fed up seeing the automated email replies.

They are not providing me the option to return the purchase or send the free gifts as per the promotion.

I doubt this company is India today group, very upset to be cheated by big brands.
