Amount Paid but Books not delivered

I have ordered books and on 22 Sep 2007 with

OREDER NO : 0G07005387

INVOICE : 0R0700007587

The amount was deducted from by Bank account but I am still (12-Nov) waiting for book delivery. I hav followed up on Phone and mails without any success.

I really doubt about this company.

I have done mistake as the offer mail was sent through IRCTC which is very reliable.
