EMPTY PARCELS

I was orderd one Reebok Model Watch, They are sending a VPP Parcel - I was purchase the parcel and open it the parcel is EMPTY.. Again they are sending one more VPP Parcel - that is also EMPTY. How to Claim my Compansation. I am mentaly distrubed.
