Payment done, Product not received since 2 months

My membership id is: ITBC0975910 and my order number is : 0GA090065609.

Order Amount : 1548=00/-.

Product ordered: Swatch watch.

Order date : 29th June.

Its been more a month now and I have still not received anything. Whenever I call them or email them, they first said that there is some technical problem with their system. Afterwards they say we have processed your order and you will receive your dispatch details soon. After which they are asking me to wait for 20-25 more days.

While the product was supposed to get delivered within 3-4 weeks of placing the order.

I have also asked them to refund my money, but it seems that they are not reading that line.

Please guide me here.
