Dear Sir,

I have been ordered a kodak digital camera and my order no. is M-COMMERCE/0GC090000112. The order value is Rs. 5348. My Membership number is ITBC0951418. As for now i didn't receive the product and even any information regarding the dispatch details. They asked me to wait some more working days to receive the product. They mentioned in their recent mail that "If you will not receive your order in the given time frame kindly get back to us." The time frame they given to me is only 2-3 weeks. But this is the sixth week from my order date. The reason they told for the delay is "some technical error." How ridiculous is this? They got the order, i gave my complete home and office address with my mobile number. I paid through credit card on June 25th. Then what's the technical error in this matter? I believe this offer only because of India Today's name. But they are very irresponsible about their customers. Please do the needful, Sir.
