Wrong books and free book not sent

Dear Sirs,

It seems I have membership nos. ITBC07298441, ITBC07299696 & ITBC07269951 & as a result I had to buy two sets of books on two occasions. hence, now I have two double sets of Survival of the Sickest, The Witch of Portbello, Winning and CDs Encyclopaedia Britannica Concise Encyclopaedia, Britannica Word Search & Encyclopaedia Britannica Women who Changed the World. Please cancel two membership nos, else it will be difficult for to continue buying the same books twice or three times over.
