Not received my order, paid 2 months before

I ordered Reebok Tracksuit-small in a offer sent by India Today Book Club (ITBC) two months before. I paid through credit card of My friend, total of Rs848.00 including all charges as mentioned my ITBC.Payment processed, they acknowledged told me to wait for some days. My order no. was-0GA090047729.After some days, they mailed that I have returned the order, how ever they were resending this. But actually this type of incidence was not happened. This fact is around one and half months back.after that I have communicated several times with them, every time getting a nice apology letter. Please suggest me what to do?
