GOODS NOT RECEIVED AFTER 3 MONTHS

Dear Sir

I got mail from Indiatoday Book Club regarding Rebok Sunglases original Price 4000/- india club offer price Rs.999/-.

I have booked the sunglases and same time i have paid the Rs.999/- through credit on 20th May.

Till today 16-8 i have not received sunglases. I have given many email reminers they only answer through email goods to sent you on 27th May. Then i call on India book club call center they only answer your good sent on 27th May shortly will be delivered to you.

Today i received email from India book club that the payment status not confirm they ask me for credit card statments where the payment show.

I doubt that if they not got any such payment through my credit card how they process my order and how could be possible if the payment not recevied they send me goods on 27th May.

When i contact the Dartmail office who delivered the goods of the India Book Club they said my goods returned because my address incomplete. Today i got email from india today club is below the same for your ready reference.

Thanks for your mail,

With reference to your mail, We would like to inform you that against the booking ID MITBC-WEB-12428693 the payment status is not confirm so in order to process this order we need your credit card statement’s scan copy (screenshot) in PDF or image format with it’s number which show it’s transaction number.

I herewith attachAs soon as we will get it we will forward your mail for processing your order.
