Non delivery of product/defective product

I bought a Reebok shoe price 1700/- via credit card on 20th june. Before i realised that the person taking the order forgot to take my shoe size, i recd a shoe of size 10 (my correct size is 8).

I have since despatched the parcel twice (once they refused to accept since some godforsaken invoice was not there!).

The shoe has finally been accepted by them, but is not uploaded in their syste.. they are neither refunding my money or giving me the shoe.

I fell for the offer 'coz i was badly in need of a shoe. Having invested in one i cant even buy another one.

These bastards are taking consumers for a ride while sharing the brand name of India today, aaj tak etc and people like Prabhu and all.. Their primary aim is to expose rackets like this.. but they themselves indulge in this..

i wonder if anything could be done, i I could claim damages from the su**ers..
