Cancellation of my orde

I have ordered for promotional offer for HOLIDAY STAY vouchers.

Details are as follows.

AMOUNT PAID: RS.5943.00

I have been informed that code for promotional offer will be sent to me immediately so i can avail my leave in your holiday package.

to my surprise after contineous follow up with bigcity.in i have recieved this letter for voucher code after 3 months which is of no use to me since all my holiday already lapse.

Now I want to cancel my order, niether Bigcity or indiatoday club is confirming the cancellation of order

i have tried all numbers of indiatoday club -011-40502424, 64583745, 64583692 & 080-40554850 but no one even ready to answer the call.

in view of the same, i request you to cancelled my membership & refund me my amount immediately
