Non receival of the promo code confirmation lette

Dear sir/madam,

I had paid Rs 5943 vide order number-MITBC-WEB-22422415 to India today book club and I have also sent the voucher code request form at the address mentioned by you-Premier sales promotions Pvt Ltd, PO box-5042, Bangalore-560001. I was quite apprehensive about sending it by Post, but unfortunately, I had no option but to send it ONLY by post as it only had a Post Box Number. Unfortunately I have never received the promo code confirmation letter inspite of giving reminder by email. If you don’t respond to my email, then will have no choice but to approach the consumer forum. I need the full refund of amount Rs 5943. my voucher code request number is -003385.
