I paid Rs. 7598/- on 25 JUN but INDIA TODAY BOOK CLUB had not yet delivered paid items although two months passed. Please suggest the forum where I can take this issue. My membership No. is ITBC0950797, Order no. TELESALES/0GA090055725. Later I learnt that total complaints against this group is in terms of thousands and this group is deceiving people at large. Please advise.
