Dear Sir/ Madam

I have been a member of your Book Club for the past five years. On July 14 I had placed an order on an offer provided over the phone for a Home Theatre and DVD Player system Booking Id. 110034627 assuring me that the same will be delivered by courier within three weeks. Further I had also booked a set of twelve books with Holiday Gift voucher for two Booking Id 110034705, while I have received the books the promised Holiday gift vouchers and the Home Theatre cum DVD player system has not yet been received.

The payments for the same was made through my HSBC Credit card and the same was transacted to your account on July 14 and 15 respectively for a sum of Rs.7598-00 and Rs.2598-00 respectively.

I am constrained to write to you that the assurance given has not been fulfilled and the same amounts to deficiency in service and cheating. The Number provided 011-40502424 asking for extension 1 and 3 for assistance of your products does not seem to function, several STD calls have been wasted on this account.

Kindly ensure that the products for which the money has already been paid is delivered urgently or else the amount with interest is refunded forthwith.

I wish to hear from you in this regard within a week from now.
