Not received product ordered as a special offer even after payment

India today book club had sent an offer with delivery of an order i had placed (A pack of CD's) As they mentioned i sent a crossed cheque for 700 rupees charges for a pair of shoes. They didnt reply for 3 months. When i tried to contact them over phone, they didnt respond. And after many mails they replied that they had dispatched the product. But i received an order of someone else, so i re-couried the delivery on my own expenses. Then there was no response from them at all...

I had placed the order around January.
