Not receivd free Reebok Classic Watch worth Rs 2599

I ordered a set of 4 International Bestsellers with free gift of a Reebok Classic Wathch of cost Rs. 2599 under order no. OGA090069110 dated 20-Aug.

They send me the set of 4 International Bestseller but not the free gift.

The Invoice No. is ORA090067460, membership no. ITBC0992134 .

I punched the required data at their website on 27th Aug i have not received any gifts.

When I talk to customer care which is always busy they say ' Our System is not updated'.
