Refund for online purchase

I had ordered a Digital Camera on tele-call from India Today Book Club using my credit card, as they are able to deliver this with in a time frame they committed i cancelled this order on 11th August. As it is more than 3 weeks are past there are so many mails follow up from my side asking for the refund and in every mail they are saying it will take 25-30 days for refund amount. Please help me to get my refund of Rs. 5998/-
