Cheating Public Money

Dear Sirs,

I have ordered Reebok shoes by mid of May through their website. nextday, customer care called and informed to again order the same through voice system as my web order not executed due to technical problem. so i did.

On may 26th, i have recd one parcell containing reebok shoes. next day also, one more parcel came, which i refused to accept from the courier man (Dart Mail). Immediately, i have informed INDIA TODAY BOOKCLUB regarding this.

But next month credit card bill, they have deducted twice Rs 2500. From 10th of June I am struggling to get my money back through emails, no. of phone calls (which is costlier than Rs 2500), as on today no output. I have gone through severe mental torture and heavy stress, due their poor negligence and lethargic attidude towards consumers money.

Tried to call customer care, they put me on hold to connect to executive for more than 30 minutes!! every time.

Kindly get my money back along with the compensation of Rs50000
