No reply for complaint

There are 2 compllaints from me.

1. The below mentioned complaint. I had rang up to find the status of my double cheque debit, and got reply that it is returned to my bank account. I have only one Corporation Bank Card from where I made payment. And till yesterday updated passbook I do not find your cheque in my bank. Kindly look into it whom you had payment.

2. I have booked holiday voucher for Rs. 2, 598/- with you. But you have sent me books, instead. On phone information was given and it is not working.

Above 2 complaints were lodged to them but till date not received reply.
