How do we prevent them from doing business in India and cheating consumers this way? Placed an order on their Website in October for Rs. 2600. Promised gifts which are not received till date after 10000 emails & phone calls. Today, on 12th of September, I am being told that they would TRY & RETURN Rs. 599 to me as that's the order value shown in the system. I don't care about 600 rupess and am sure this will also never come. There are more than 3000 complaints on them in this site itself; am sure there are 1000 others outside who have not done the same.
