Non Delivery/Non Refund of Orde

I have ordered Art N Inox Dinner Set for an amount of Rs. 6500.00 in the month of February and had paid the amount in the month of February itself. The product has never reached me and inspite of my repeated reminders over telephone and email from March till date, for the refund of my amount, there is no reponse from the Company. Order No - ITBC 08401453 and still sending reminders to the Company.
