Reebok Kit not received

Hi

This is Venkatramna and after getting frustrated with the repeated call from ITBC I decided to buy the Reebok Kit. I had ordered the Track Suit of XXL Size and Shoes of Size11. But when the kit arrived the sizes delivered were nowhere near to my size as the Track Suit was of Medium size and the shoes were of Size 8. Hence I had to send it back to you on the 23rd of March. And

after making repeated calls I end up getting same reply that the replacement would be sent to me within 15 days. Today was the fourth time did I call the customer care and again got the same reply with a reference no. as 129883 against the order no. 0GA090021064. This is my sincere request that atleast now live up to the name of India Today. I am very much frustrated with the deal I had with you and I assure you that now I am not going to make the same mistake again. When you cant provide good customer service then whats the point of selling such things. I am still waiting for the delivery of the kit.
