India Today Book Club
No delivery of Free Gift

Hello,

I am Gopal Soni Living in Noida. I has purchsed a 7 CD pack from India today book club in March 09 which also had two free gift (1. addidas bag reebok t-shirt).

I recieved the cd pack within 15 days. It was a huge packet and I thought that the gift would be inside. But to my surprise, there was only 7 cd and nothing else. I called them and they said that you have to claim for the gift separatly. I claimed and since then I am waiting for the gift to be delivered.

Since past 6 months I am continuously following up with them and everytime they say "there is some problem in processed technical problem, please wait for 15-20 days".

I called them up today again and now they say that the stock is not available and so the delivery is getting delayed.

The way the whole staff has been trained clearly show that they are doing fraud and cheating openly.

I am surprised how such a big company can do such kind of fraud and their is no one to check.

Could any one please let me know what can be done in such case.
